Rural Community Development
-
Launched the Community Development Partnership Program
in 1998 to foster economic development in communities around the state. Using state trust land helped create opportunities (examples below) for local communities while earning more revenue thru increased rental payments and increased value of adjoining Trust Land for our school children.
Partnered with local communities to find projects that enhanced local economic prosperity and protected the quality of life of the community.
